How to Cancel Your Subscription?
You can cancel your Nubint AI subscription at any time with no penalties or
cancellation fees. After cancellation, you can continue using your current
plan until the end of the billing cycle, after which your account will
automatically switch to the Free plan.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Step 1. Click the profile icon in the top right and select Settings.
Step 2. Navigate to the Subscription tab on the Settings page.
Step 3. Select Cancel Subscription below your current plan information.
Step 4. Review the cancellation confirmation message and complete the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Access until the end of the current billing cycle
Even after cancellation, your paid period remains intact. You can continue using all Pro or Max plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Automatic switch to the Free plan
Once the billing cycle ends, your account is automatically switched to the Free plan. All your saved papers, library, and documents in progress are preserved.
Automatic renewal stops
After cancellation, no automatic payment will be charged in the next billing cycle.
