Mana Taki 교수의 연구실은 난소암을 비롯한 여성 생식기 종양의 전이 메커니즘과 면역 회피를 중심으로, EMT(상피세포-간엽세포 전환)와 Snail 전사인자, CXCR2 시스템을 통한 면역세포 유입 조절을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 종양 미세환경 내에서 조절되는 면역세포 침윤과 조기 진단, 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 희귀 종양인 병소성 섬유종 및 난소선종과 같은 질환의 진단 및 치료 전략 수립에도 기여하고 있습니다. 임신 합병증, 당뇨병과 임신의 상호작용, 태아 사망 관리 등 산과 및 산후 관리 분야의 임상 문제에도 깊이 있는 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
