This Refund Policy is provided as a plain-language guide to Article 16 (Refunds) and Article 17 (Refund of Overpayments) of the Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

Subscriptions to Nubint AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed until you choose to cancel. You can stop automatic renewal at any time by logging into your Nubint account and selecting Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. After cancellation, the service remains available until the end of the paid subscription period, and no further payments will be charged.

Refund Terms

Within 14 days of payment with no credits used — full refund. If your request is made within 14 days of payment and no credits or quota provided by that payment have been used, you may withdraw from the purchase and receive a full refund.
After credit usage has commenced — non-refundable. Once any credits or quota provided by the payment have been used, provision of the digital content is deemed to have commenced, and withdrawal and refunds are restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you agree to the immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is limited once provision has commenced.
Subscription renewal payments — not subject to withdrawal. The 14-day right of withdrawal under Paragraph 1 applies only to your first payment and does not apply to subsequent automatic renewal payments. Accordingly, not having used the service after a renewal is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date under Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. However, for annual subscriptions purchased in the United Kingdom, a new 14-day right of withdrawal arises from the date of renewal in accordance with applicable law.
Mid-term cancellation of annual subscriptions. Unless Paragraph 1 applies, no refund is provided for the remaining period when an annual subscription is cancelled mid-term. The service remains available until the end of the paid subscription period, and no further renewal payments will be charged.
Applicable law prevails. Notwithstanding the above, if the mandatory laws of your country of residence require a refund, such laws shall prevail.

Process

To request a refund, contact contact@nubint.ai.
We may request additional evidence to verify the legitimacy of a refund request, and may suspend the transaction until verification is completed.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the channel used for the original transaction; where payment was processed through a Merchant of Record, the time required for the refund follows that Merchant of Record's procedures.
Overpayments and duplicate charges will be refunded upon confirmation (Article 17 of the Terms of Service).
Where a refund is issued, any remaining credits granted by that payment are forfeited and access to paid features ends.

Matters not specified in this policy are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable law.
