Se Chang Park 교수의 연구실은 수생 병원성 박테리아, 특히 아유포화병을 유발하는 Pseudomonas plecoglossicida와 산악어에서 발생하는 Aeromonas salmonicida 등의 어류 병원균을 대상으로 한 박테리오파지 기반 생물학적 생존제제 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 어류 질병의 예방 및 치료를 위한 박테리오파지의 임상적 적용 가능성을 실험 모델과 현장 시험을 통해 검증하고 있으며, 항생제 내성 박테리아에 대한 대체 치료 전략으로서의 박테리오파지 치료의 잠재력을 꾸준히 탐구하고 있습니다.
