본 연구는 포도 재배 중 살충제 bifenthrin을 살포하고, 살포 후 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15일에 포도 시료를 채취하여 bifenthrin을 분석하고 bifenthrin의 생물학적 반감기를 산출한 다음 생산단계 농약 잔류허용기준(PHRL; Pre-Harvest Residue Limit)을 설정하였다. 포도 중 bifenthrin은 acetonitrile과 dichloromethane 으로 추출 및 분배 하여 GC/ECD로 분석 하였다. Bifenthrin의 정량한계는 0.01 ng이었고, 평균 회수율은 0.1 및 0.5 mg kg-1 두 수준에서 각각 104.08±1.24%와 92.25±3.13%이었다. 포도 중 bifenthrin의 기준량 및 배량 살포시 생물학적 반감기는 각각 21일과 23일로 계산되었다. 또한 증체량에 따른 희석효과가 bifenthrin의 잔류량 감소에 있어 주요인자로 작용하지는 않았다. 잔류감소 회귀식을 이용한 생산단계 농약 잔류허용기준
