动向摘要
Publication volume rose while per‑paper citation influence declined.
Field-weighted citation impact moved from 0.62 to 0.31. Expect lower citedness per paper than before when weighing publication venues. Output grew sharply while citation impact fell. If citation visibility is your priority, treat this trend as a consideration. The share of top-10% cited papers moved from 6.4% to 3.5%. Fewer papers now reach the highest citedness band, so standout impact may be rarer. Hidradenitis Suppurativa and Treatments rose from 4.0% to 7.0% of what the journal runs. If you work on hidradenitis suppurativa, the journal now publishes more of that work and may reach the right audience.
