오스만 M. 카라테페 교수의 연구실은 서비스 산업, 특히 호텔 및 소매 분야의 전면 종사자들을 중심으로 심리적 자본, 직장 내 정서적 소진, 일과 가정의 갈등 등 조직 행동 및 직무 만족도에 영향을 미치는 심리적·정서적 요인들을 다룹니다. 주요 연구 방향은 직무 만족도, 조직 유대감, 이직 의도 등 조직 성과에 영향을 주는 정서적·정서적 메커니즘을 구조적 방정식 모델링을 통해 분석하는 데 초점이 맞춰져 있습니다. 특히 직무 자원, 리더십 스타일, 창의성 분위기 등 조직적 요인이 종사자의 정서적 웰빙과 성과에 어떻게 기여하는지 탐구합니다.
