Professor Bang Hoon Lee's research lab specializes in cardiovascular imaging and hemodynamics, with a focus on left ventricular structure and function, particularly in the context of hypertension and cardiac remodeling. 배경 및 목적: 최근 좌심실 질량의 결정인자에 대한 연구 영역이 혈역학적 인자에 국한되지 않고 비혈역학적 인자로 확대되면서 좌심실 질량의 적정성의 평가에 대한 연구가 활발해지고있다.1)2) 좌심실 질량의 적절성을 평가하기 위해서는 성장과 더불어 적절한 좌심실 증가에 관여하는 신장, 성별, 심박출일의 영향이 성인에서 어떻게 좌심실 질량과 관계되는지의 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 한국인에서 좌심실 질량을 결정하는데 있어서 이들 인자의 관련성을 규명하기 위하여 시행되었다. 방 법:한양대학병원 심초음파실과 양평지역사회의학 연구 집단의 심초음파 데이터 베이스에서 정상체중, 정상 혈압인 성인 368명(남자 184명, 여자 184명)을 대상으로 하였다. 좌심실 질량은 1.04×(IVSd+LVDd+PWTd)3-LVDs3)×0.8-0.6 으로 계산하였고 일회심박출량은 Teichholz방정식에 의해 계산하였으며 일회심박출일은 수축기혈압×일회심박출량×0.00144로 계산하였다. 결 과:일회심박출일
