About the Lab
Professor Chae Young Lee's research lab specializes in the development of advanced optoelectronic devices, with a primary focus on quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLEDs) and porous ceramics. We demonstrate a highly efficient red cadmium‐free quantum dot light‐emitting diode (QLED) comprising inverted structure and ZnO:Mg nanoparticles as an electron transport layer.
