About the Lab

Professor Chang-Gi Jang's research lab specializes in cerebrovascular diseases, with a focus on complex cerebrovascular interventions, including mechanical thrombectomy for acute basilar artery occlusion, flow diversion for complex aneurysms, and radiosurgical treatment of meningiomas. The lab also pioneers innovative neurosurgical education through photo-integrated 3D virtual reality models derived from cadaveric dissections. Additionally, the lab investigates rare cerebrovascular anomalies such as the rete MCA and the cerebrovascular complications associated with moyamoya disease.
