PURPOSE: To examine the relationship between registered nurse (RN) staffing mix and quality of nursing home care measured by regulatory violations. DESIGN AND METHODS: A retrospective panel data study (1999-2003) of 2 groups of California freestanding nursing homes. One group was 201 nursing homes that consistently met the state's minimum standard for total nurse staffing level over the 5-year period. The other was 210 nursing homes that consistently failed to meet the standard over the period.

본 연구는 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 지역사회 특성과 사회적 차별의 경험을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이를 위해「2009 전국다문화가족실태조사」자료를 사용하여 차별경험과 삶의 만족도를 종속변수로 각각 다층분석을 실시하였다. 다층분석결과에 의하면 결혼이주여성의 차별경험과 삶의 만족도는 지역에 따라 상이하였다. 결혼이주여성의 차별경험에 대한 분석결과, 개인수준의 효과를 조절한 상태에서 지역사회의 특성인 다문화가구비율과 인구밀도는 차별경험에 정적인 영향이 있었다. 삶의 만족도의 경우, 결혼이주여성의 사회인구학적 특성(연령, 거주기간, 출신국, 교육수준), 가구의 경제적 수준에 대한 인식, 한국어 능력, 사회적 연결망, 자가진단 건강상태, 남편과의 관계, 차별경험 등의 개인수준의 변수들이 유의미한 효과가 있었다. 더불어 차별경험과 지역사회의 인구밀도가 유의미한 상호작용 효과가 있었다. 구체적으로 지역의 인구밀도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향은 차별경험에 따라 다르게
