Professor Hee Jeong Yoo's research lab specializes in child and adolescent psychiatry, with a primary focus on neurodevelopmental and behavioral disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The lab investigates the genetic underpinnings of these conditions, develops and evaluates culturally adapted psychosocial interventions—such as the Korean version of the PEERS® social skills program—and explores innovative applications of technology, including robotic-assisted behavioral interventions.
