The PDZ domain-containing scaffold protein, syntenin-1, binds to the transmembrane proteoglycan, syndecan-4, but the molecular mechanism/function of this interaction are unknown. 자동차 인포테인먼트 디스플레이의 프로토타입 디자인 실험연구 - 내비게이션과 음원 서비스 스크린의 인터랙션 방식을 중심으로 -

이 연구는 차량 인포테인먼트 스크린 조작의 태스크 유형과 인터랙션 방식이 주행 효율성과 사용 경험 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 하였다. 내비게이션과 음원 정보 검색의 두 가지 태스크와 세 가지 인터랙션 방식 즉, 터치 스크롤, 페이지 스크롤, 버튼 스크롤 방식을 선정하고 프로토타입을 제작하여 26명의 실험 참가자를 대상으로 모의 주행 실험을 진행하였다. 주행 효율성 차원에서 과업 수행 시간, 스크린 조작 횟수, 주행 에러 횟수를 관찰 측정하였고, 스크린 사용 만족도 차원에서 용이성, 매력도, 재사용 의도 인식을 평가하였다. 다변량 분산분석 결과 주행 효율성 차원에서 내비게이션 태스크에 비해 음원서비스 태스크 수행 시 주행 시간과 에러 횟수에서 효율성이 떨어졌다. 용이성, 매력도, 재사용 의도의 인식에서 인터랙션 방식의 주효과가 나타났으며, 부분적으로 태스크 유형과의 상호작용 효과가 나타났다. 특히, 터치 스크롤은 음원서비스 태스크에서 만족도가 높았고, 버튼 스크롤은 내비게이션 태

Cost-effective isotope labeling technique developed for ^(15)N/^(13)C-labeled proteins

A newly developed cost-effective approach to prepare ^(15)N/^(13)C-labeled protein for NMR studies is presented. This method has been successfully applied to isotopically labeling of PTK6 SH2 domain and MTH 1880 protein. The production method generates cell density using a growing media containing ^(15)NH_(4)Cl, ^(12)C_(6)-D-glucose. 산모의 체중증가와 신생아 체중과의 관계

목적: 신생아의 체중은 산모와 신생아의 주산기 합병증과 이환율에 큰 영향을 미치는 인자이다. 본 연구는 산모의 체중증가 및 임신 분기별 Body Mass Index (BMI)증가가 신생아의 체중에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 2004년 3월부터 2004년 6월까지 본원에서 분만한 산모 73명을 대상으로 하였다. 임신중 체중증가 및 BMI증가를 산출하여 신생아 체중과의 관계를 통계분석하였다. 결과: 키 1.6 m인 산모가 임신 기간 전체 동안 12.5 kg의 체중 증가를 보이는 것을 표준으로 삼았다. 이를 Body mass index (BMI)로 환산하여 임신기간 전체의 BMI의 증가가 4.88일 경우를 적정BMI증가군으로 분류하였다. 임신 각 분기별 BMI의 적정증가를 계산하여 적정BMI증가군과 과BMI증가군으로 분류하였다. 임신 1, 2분기의 BMI증가는 신생아 체중증가에 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 임신 3분기, 특히 32주 이후와 36주 이후의 BMI증가는 신생아

현대 소비자들은 좀더 감각적이고, 정서적 만족감을 제공하는 제품을 기대하고 있으며, 이에 감성공학이란 전문적인 지식들을 자동차 디자인에 응용할 필요성이 대두되게 된 것이다. 자동차의 경우 개성 있는 나만의 차를 갖고 싶어하는 욕구로 자동차를 꾸미는 데에 많은 투자를 하면서 휠 디자인이 중요시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 새로운 디자인 방향 모색으로 감성 공학적 분석 방법을 통하여, 소비자들의 자동차 휠 디자인에 대한 이미지를 파악하고, 소비자의 요구와 감성에 따른 자동차 휠 디자인을 분석하였다. 그 결과, ‘harmonious’, ‘fresh’와 ‘strong’의 이미지가 자동차 휠 디자인을 대표하며, ‘harmonious’ 이미지로는 스포크 타입, ‘fresh’의 이미지는 메쉬 타입, ‘strong’의 이미지는 디쉬 타입의 자동차 휠 디자인으로 나타났다. 따라서 자동차 휠의 디자인 개발에 소비자의 감성을 기반으로 한 감성 공학적 디자인 접근을 함으로써 소비자에게 만족시킬 수 있는
