Professor Ho-Yeon Jung's research lab focuses on the intricate interplay between bone metabolism, endocrine function, and metabolic diseases, particularly in the context of aging, diabetes, and osteoporosis. The lab investigates hormonal and cytokine regulators—such as osteocalcin, interleukin-3, and estrogen receptor variants—that influence bone remodeling, insulin sensitivity, and glucose homeostasis.
