Professor Hyoyoung Jeong's research lab specializes in nutritional epidemiology and diet-disease relationships, focusing on the impact of dietary patterns, food processing, and bioactive food components on chronic disease risk. The lab investigates the role of flavonoids, phytoestrogens, and ultra-processed foods in metabolic and bone health, particularly in Korean populations.
