About the Lab
Professor Il-Koo Yoon's research lab specializes in advanced optoelectronic devices and integrated circuit technologies, with a strong focus on photodiodes, embedded passive components in multichip modules, and process variability in nanoscale transistors. The lab conducts fundamental and applied research on device physics, circuit modeling, and high-frequency performance optimization using advanced simulation and measurement techniques such as impedance field methods and S-parameter characterization.
