About the Lab

Professor Jeong Byung-chang's research lab focuses on translational urological oncology, with a strong emphasis on understanding tumor heterogeneity and treatment resistance in bladder cancer through single-cell genomics and patient-derived xenograft models. The lab investigates the tumor microenvironment and cancer evolution to develop personalized therapeutic strategies, particularly for aggressive, chemotherapy-resistant urothelial carcinomas.
