About the Lab

Professor Jeong-Hwa Lee's research lab specializes in the development of novel fluorescent probes for biological sensing, particularly focusing on metal ion detection with high selectivity and biocompatibility. The lab also investigates the role of membrane vesicles—especially outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) in pathogenic bacteria such as *Acinetobacter baumannii*, *Staphylococcus aureus*, and *Listeria monocytogenes*—in virulence and host-pathogen interactions. A key focus is understanding how these vesicles contribute to bacterial pathogenesis, immune evasion, and inflammation, both in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, the lab explores innovative organic synthesis methodologies, including asymmetric catalysis for the enantioselective synthesis of complex natural products.

상담자 진로 결정 동기 척도 개발 및 타당화

본 연구에서는 상담자와 상담자가 되기 위해 대학원 과정을 이수하고 있는 예비 상담자의 상담 진로 결정 동기 척도를 개발하고, 이에 대한 타당성을 검증하고자 하였다. 그 결과 상담의 긍정적 영향력, 상담에 대한 관심, 인정받는 진로, 융통성이 있는 직업이라는 4개의 요인으로 구성된 척도가 개발되었으며, 모두 15개의 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 내적합치도와 확인적 요인분석 결과는 상담자 진로결정 동기척도의 타당성을 지지하였다. 또한 기존의 작업선호도검사(WPI), 진로결정자기효능감척도(CDMSES), 상담자소진척도(CBI)를 통해 공인타당도를 검증한 결과 기대했던 방향으로 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합하였을 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 상담자 진로결정 동기척도는 타당한 것으로 보이며, 추후 상담자로의 진로 결정 동기 양상을 이해하고, 이를 통해 상담자 교육 프로그램 개발하는데 중요한 기초 자료가 될 것이다. 또한 상담전문가로서 성장하는 과정 중에서 자기-자각
