연구목적: 본 연구는 간호사의 도덕적 고뇌와 윤리적 간호역량이 간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법: 본 연구의 대상자는 종합병원급 이상의 의료기관에서 근무하는 간호사 191명이었다. 자료는 2023년 7월 11일부터 18일까지 수집하였으며, SPSS/WIN 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 간호사의 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 현재 부서의 재직기간(β=.22, t=3.20, p=.002), 이직 경험(β=.13, t=1.86, p=.064), 도덕적 고뇌(β=-.22, t=-3.15, p=.002), 윤리적 간호역량(β=.26, t=3.82, p<.001)이었다. 이들 네 변수는 간호사 재직의도를 19.7%를 설명할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 간호사의 재직의도를 높이기 위해서는 도덕적 고뇌를 완화시키기 위한 중재 방안을 모색하고, 윤리적 간호역량을 향상시키기 위한 체계적인 프로그램을 개발하고 적용해야 한다.

본 연구는 고맥락 언어 환경인 한국어 대화에서 발화자와 수신자 간의 침묵 시간(600 ms, 1,200 ms, 1,800 ms)과 화행 유형(요청, 평가)이 한국 청년 청자의 긍정-부정 판단에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 20–30대 한국 청년층 101명이 가상의 전화 통화 과제에 청자로 참여하였으며, 청년층이 익숙하게 접할 수 있는 요청과 평가 상황을 듣고 수신자의 동의 정도를 평가하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 발화자와 수신자 간의 침묵 시간이 길어질수록 청자의 긍정적인 평가는 전반적으로 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 요청 상황에서는 짧은 침묵이 긍정적으로 해석되어 협력할 의지가 있는 것으로 간주된 반면, 긴 침묵은 의심과 불편함을 유발하였다. 마찬가지로 평가 상황에서는 짧은 침묵이 긍정적인 판단을 증가시켰고, 긴 침묵은 발화자와 전달된 정보의 신뢰성을 저하시켰다. 본 연구 결과는 침묵이 단순히 대화의 공백이 아니라 의사소통 과정에서 중요한 비언어적 단서로 기능하며, 침묵의 적절
