Professor Jin-Sun Park's research lab focuses on translational biomedical research with a strong emphasis on neurodegenerative diseases, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic syndrome. The brain is highly vulnerable to oxidative stress, thus controlling oxidative stress is considered to be an important therapeutic target for neurodegenerative diseases.
