Professor Jiyoung Kim's research lab focuses on molecular mechanisms underlying cancer progression, particularly in breast cancer, with an emphasis on signaling pathways such as Wnt and the regulatory roles of non-coding RNAs. The lab investigates natural compounds—especially dietary polyphenols like EGCG from green tea—as potential chemopreventive and therapeutic agents.
