About the Lab
Professor Jun Ho Wang's research lab specializes in orthopedic regenerative medicine and advanced surgical techniques, focusing on cartilage and meniscal repair using innovative biomaterials and minimally invasive surgical methods. The lab develops patient-specific 3D-printed hydrogel constructs for osteochondral tissue engineering, emphasizing mechanical stability and biological functionality. It also investigates surgical innovations for knee ligament and meniscus injuries, particularly in challenging anatomical regions, using novel arthroscopic techniques and graft preservation strategies.
