About the Lab
Professor Jungwon Yoo's research lab specializes in anterior segment imaging and microvascular assessment in glaucoma, with a focus on optical coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A) to evaluate peripapillary vessel density in various glaucoma subtypes such as pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, normal-tension glaucoma, and primary open-angle glaucoma. IOP readings obtained with Tono-Pen and Icare Pro tonometers showed good agreement in supine as well as in lateral decubitus positions, although Icare readings were higher than Tono-Pen readings in all positions.
