Professor Kihoon Kim's research lab specializes in diagnostic and musculoskeletal ultrasound, with a focus on peripheral nerve anatomy, pathology, and neuromuscular disorders. The lab investigates the ultrasonographic visualization and clinical implications of sensory and motor nerves, particularly the ulnar nerve and its branches, in conditions such as nerve entrapment, instability, and compression. Key research directions include nerve morphology, dynamic nerve changes during joint motion, and the use of ultrasound guidance for accurate nerve assessment and interventions. Ulnar Nerve Entrapment by an Additional Slip of the Triceps Brachii

Additional slips of the triceps brachii have been reported in cadaver studies. We report the case of a 48-year-old man with no history of trauma who presented with a tingling sensation and weakness in his right hand. Electromyography revealed ulnar neuropathy around the elbow, with decreased conduction proximal to the medial epicondyle. 온라인 소매상이 온라인 시장의 소개 서비스를 통하여 동일 제품을 판매할 때, 온라인 소매상은 원래의 사이트와 온라인 시장의 제품 판매 가격을 정하게 된다. 본 연구는 온라인 소매상을 찾은 고객의 특성, 온라인 시장에서의 경쟁 정도, 그리고 소개 수수료 등에 따라서 온라인 소매상이 취해야 하는 최적의 가격 전략을 분석한다. 온라인 시장의 경쟁 정도가 강하고, 온라인 소매상을 찾는 충성 고객의 수가 상대적으로 많고, 소개 수수료가 낮을수록 온라인 소매상은 원래의 사이트에서 더 비싸게 제품을 판매해야 한다. 마지막으로, G마켓에 참여하는 소규모 의류 온라인 소매상 및 백화점, 홈쇼핑 온라인 몰의 가격과 비교하여 본 논문의 분석 결과와 부합하는 면이 있음을 보인다.

본 연구는 판매자와 구매자가 무료로 거래할 수 있는 플랫폼 상에 존재할 때, 어떤 경우에 판매자가 더 많은 구매자를 접하기 위해서 수수료를 지불할 용의가 있을 것인가를 분석한다. 판매자는 플랫폼이 제시하는 특별한 멤버십 서비스를 이용할 경우, 구매자에게 쉽게 노출될 수 있으며 이를 위하여 수수료를 지불할 수 있다. 본 연구는 경쟁 중인 두 플랫폼의 차별화 정도가 낮고, 판매자가 구매자에게 미치는 네트워크 효과가 크다면, 플랫폼이 판매자에게 무료로 특별 멤버십 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 전자 메일의 인증 가격 설정에도 적용될 수 있다.
