본 연구는 간호대학생의 스트레스대처, 유머감각, 대학생활적응 정도와 변수간 상관관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 2012년 6월 B시 일 대학교 간호학생 338명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집한 후 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 스트레스대처는 평균 43.33점, 유머감각 72.18점, 대학생활적응 68.02점으로 중간이상의 수준이었다. 대학생활적응 점수는 성별, 학년, 가족구성, 가정형편, 대학생활 만족도, 교수와의 관계, 대학성적, 이성친구 유무에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 대학생활적응은 스트레스대처, 유머감각과 유의하나 약한 상관관계에 있었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 학생의 개별적 특성을 고려해 대학생활적응을 위한 교육 프로그램 개발 및 적용이 이루어져야 하겠다. 또한 대학생활적응의 영향요인을 규명하는 후속연구가 필요하다. 정보통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따른 인터넷과 스마트기기의 결합으로 일상생활은 물론 교육환경에서의 변화가 급격해짐에 따라 미디어 중심의 정보와 지식의 흐름은 이에 대한 비판적 판단에 따른 수용을 요구하였고 동시에 그에 따른 부정적인 영향인 테 크노스트레스를 야기하였다. 새로운 기술에 대한 즉각적인 적응은 정보화 사회에서 정보에 따른 사회적 격차와 직결되는 바 그 중요성이 크며 그에 따른 스트레스는 학업적 측면에서의 부정적 영향을 초래하므로 이에 대한 고려없이 학업적 성취를 달성하 는 불가능하다. 특히 간호교육의 경우 이론교육과 실습교육의 통합적 운영이라는 특성을 가지고 있고 실습교육에 따른 보다 많 은 미디어, 기기, 기술에 노출되는 바 미디어리터러시가 교육성과와 직결된다. 또한 교육성과는 학업적 자기효능감에 많은 영향 을 받는 바 간호교육에 있어 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 간호대학생의 미디어리터러시, 테크노스트레스와 학업적 자기효능감의 관계를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다.

COVID-19의 감염경로상 특성은 전세계적인 팬데믹 상황을 초래하였고 그에 따른 정부의 강력한 방역 대책 하에 교육부는 모든 교육기관의 개강 연기 및 전면 원격수업 실시를 권고하였다. 본 연구는 전면 원격강의 전후 간호대학생의 미디어리터러시와 그릿의 차이를 확인하고, 원격강의 실시 이후 자기조절학습능력의 영향요인을 확인함으로써 4차 산업혁명에 따른 교수학습방법의 변화와 신종감염병의 반복적 발생에 따른 변화의 가속 과정 중 간호분야 고등교육의 질적 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 전면 원격강의 전후 대상자의 미디어리터러시와 그릿에 유의한 차이가 확인되었고, 원격강의 실시 후 간호대학생의 자기조절학습능력, 미디어리터러시, 그릿과 학업성취도는 중간 이상의 수준이었다. 미디어리터러시, 그릿의 하위영역노력의 꾸준함, 학업성취도가 간호대학생의 자기조절학습능력에 대해 유의한 영향요인으로 확인되었고 그 실명력은 47.0%이었다. 다양한 교육환경의 변화 속에 강조되고 있는 학

30년 이내 우리나라 인구의 절반은 노인으로 구성될 것이다. 노령사회로 빠르게 진입하고 있는 현 상황에서 노인문제에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 노화에 따른 신체기능 저하, 높은 만성 질환 유병율과 그에 따른 다중약물복용 등으로 인하여 노인은 약물오용의 위험에 노출되어 있다. 약물오용은 교육을 통한 약물지식의 습득이 선행될 때 감소시킬 수 있으므로 노인의 특성을 고려한 약물교육의 개발, 적용이 필요하다. 하지만 현재까지 노인을 대상으로 한 약물교육은 서면설명서를 주로 활용해왔다. 노화는 약물요법 리터러시를 저하시키는 바 본 연구에서는 언어가 아닌 단순화된 상징으로 구성되어 대상자의 리터러시 수준에 상관없이 의미의 전달이 용이한 픽토그램을 노인의 약물교육에 활용할 수 있는 방안에 대해 검토하였다. 그 결과 시각자료를 활용할 경우 노인의 약물교육 효과가 향상되는 것을 확인할 수 있었고, 특히 노인이 현재 복용하고 있는 약물을 파악한 후 흑백대비, 큰 글자크기를 활용한 교육 자료와 함께 약물교
