본 연구는 곤달비(Ligularia stenocephala)의 생리 효능을 체계적으로 밝히기 위한 기초 자료를 얻고자 80% 에탄올 추출물과 순차적 분획물에 대하여 항산화 및 항균 효과를 검증하였다. 곤달비 에탄올 추출물의 추출수율은 21.36%이었으며, 이에 대하여 용매별로 분획한 수율은 water 분획물이 60.35%로 가장 높았으며, n-butanol, n-hexane, ethyl acetate 순이었다. 곤달비 추출물 및 분획물의 총 폴리페놀함량은 ethyl acetate 분획물에서 254.00 mg/g으로 가장 높게 나타났다. DPPH radical 소거활성을 측정한 결과, 곤달비ethyl acetate 분획물에서 IC50 값이 0.28 mg/mL로 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 0.5 mg/mL 농도에서의 ABTS 라디칼 소거활성은 ethyl acetate 분획물에서 96.67%의 활성을 보였다. FRAP 활성 역시 1 mg/mL 농도에서 ethyl acetate 분획물이 2.

본 연구는 휴대전화 전자파의 인체유해 가능성에 대한 위험인식을 성별 및 연령에 따라 심리적 요인이 어떻게 차이가 발생하는지 원인을 분석하였다. 위험인식의 측정은 전국 6대 도시에 거주하고 있는 20대 이상남녀 1,001명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성별에 따른 위험인식의 차이는 여성이 남성보다 휴대전화전자파에 대한 위험인식이 높았으며, 여성의 경우 50대의 위험인식이 가장 높았다. 특히 연령 및 성별에서의위험인식 차이는 심리적 요인의 영향에서 발견하였고 그 중요성을 실증했다는데 이론적 함의를 찾을 수 있었다. 일반인은 위험인식을 심리적 요인과 같은 일상의 경험 등의 축적을 통해 위험을 인식하기 때문에 위험을둘러싼 사회적 갈등을 완화하기 위해서는 일반인이 어떻게 위험을 인식하는지에 대한 올바른 이해에 기초한위험커뮤니케이션을 제공해야 해야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 우리사회가 어떻게 휴대전화 전자파에대한 위험을 판단하고, 의사소통해 나갈 것인지에 대한 개입전략연구의 기반

본 연구는 후기 노인의 허약정도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2013년 12월 1일부터 31일까지 경상북도 M시에 거주하는 70세 이상 후기 노인 301명으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, x 2 test, t-test, ANOVA를 이용하여 자료를 분석하였고, 노인의 허약에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보기 위하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 70세 이상 지역사회 거주 노인들 중 허약노인으로 분류된 노인은 15.3%이었다. 노인의 허약정도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 성별(p<.01), 영양상태(p<.01), 인지기능(p<.01), ADL(p<.01), IADL(p<.05), 청력(p<.05), 저작불편감(p<.05)이었으며, 남자보다 여자일 경우, 영양상태가 불량할수록, 일상생활수행능력에 장애가 있을수록, 수단적 일상생활수행능력에 장애가 있을수록, 청력이 나쁠수록, 저작불편감을 느낄수록 허약점수가 높았다. 본 연구를 통
