The effect of postoperative hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on survival in women with ovarian cancer remains unclear. This study aimed to investigate the impact of postoperative HRT on survival in women with ovarian cancer using the nationwide cohort study. Women aged ≤60 and diagnosed with ovarian cancer that received primary surgery were followed-up for 5.6 ± 2.9 years. Patients with advanced age or multiple adenoma on initial colonoscopy have a higher possibility of missed adenoma. The purpose of this study is understanding current Chinese education at middle school and high school located in Seoul area and pointing out problems in Chinese education at school. Research divided by two case which are middle school and high school. In Seoul, there are 383 middle schools and 324 high schools. 本論文首先介紹了位于首爾地區大學的漢語教育現狀。對于開設有中國語相關學科的大學進行了問卷調查，並以其結果作爲基礎了解了中國語相關講座現狀、中國語專業學生及教講師現狀、中國語專業學生的海外研修現狀等，有助于了解韓國大學的漢語教學情況。 第二，對韓國與日本大學的中國語教育現狀進行比較，進而了解兩國的漢語教學現狀如何。另外，還分析韓國與日本大學的中國語教材的共同之處與不同之處。 第三，對于大學中國語教育的變化趨勢進行了分析，其包括韓國大學的中國語相關學科名稱的變化情況。另外，探討大學的中國語教科課程的流向，以成均館大學作爲例子了解韓國大學的漢語教育曆史的發展方向。還對于教科課程的變化與特征進行了一些分析。 第四，指出了韓國與日本大學共同所存在的中國語教育方面的弊端。通過兩國的漢語教學情況的對比，我們在漢語教育方面可以互相取長補短，大學的漢語教育整體水平也可以更上一層樓。 第五，提出了今後漢語教育的改善方案及建議。 通過本次調查，我們可知目前韓國大學的中國語教育處在過渡期階段。在漢語教育的研究方面韓國仍然是初期階段，因此，爲了大學的漢語教育的不斷發展，需要持續性的研究與分析。
