About the Lab
Professor Mi Jeong Kim's research lab specializes in advanced functional materials and their applications in biomedical engineering, energy systems, and smart electronics. The lab focuses on developing stretchable and foldable electronic systems using novel substrates and interconnects, while also investigating the role of biomolecules and nanomaterials in physiological and pathological processes. 15Here we demonstrate fully-integrated, bezel-less transistor arrays using stretchable origami substrates and foldable conducting interconnects. Reversible folding of these arrays is enabled by origami substrates which are composed of rigid support fixtures and foldable elastic joints. In addition, hybrid structures of thin metal films and metallic nanowires worked as foldable interconnects which are located on the elastomeric joints.
Permanent magnet (PM) synchronous motors (PMSMs) have been used to drive a number of vehicles. They have high torque density, high efficiency, and a wide speed range. 본 연구는 광고주의 그린신뢰도, 제품의 친환경 속성 중요도 지각, 그리고 친환경 광고주장 유형이 광고효과에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 실험 광고물 16개를 제작하여 20대부터 40대까지 남녀 666명을 대상으로 광고태도, 제품태도, 구매의도를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 기업의 친환경 신뢰도가 높고, 기업이 제공하는 제품의 친환경 속성이 중요하다고 지각될수록, 실체적 친환경 주장 광고일수록 더 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 실체적 친환경 주장 광고는 연상적 친환경 주장 광고보다 제품 관련 소비자 반응을 높이는데 효과적이었다. 둘째, 그린신뢰도별 친환경주장유형의 효과는 그린신뢰도가 높은 기업은 실체적 친환경 주장 광고가 연상적 친환경 주장 광고보다 더 효과적으로 나타났으며, 그린신뢰도가 낮은 기업은 실체와 연상적 친환경 주장 광고의 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 제품의 친환경 속성 중요도별 친환경 주장 유형의 효과는 친환경 속성이 중요한 제품과 친환경 속성이 덜 중요한 제품
Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence of playing-related musculoskeletal disorders (PRMDs) of some music college freshmen majoring in string instruments. Methods: The study subjects were 199 freshmen majoring in strings at three colleges in Seoul and surrounds. In this paper, we investigate the effect of temperature on the unipolar switching characteristics of a resistance random-access memory (RRAM) that uses poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) films. The set voltage required for a transition from an off-state to an on-state was found to decrease as the temperature of the RRAM increases. 본 연구는 미래창조과학부 공무원들의 공직동기, 네트워킹 행동, 유리천장이 조직성과에 미치는 영향과 더불어 직무만족의 매개효과를 살펴보는데 주된 목적을 두고 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하고자 하였다. 분석결과 공직동기는 조직성과에 직접적으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 직무만족을통하여 간접적으로도 조직성과에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 네트워킹 행동은조직성과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않았으나, 직무만족을 통하여 간접적으로 조직성과에정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 유리천장은 조직성과에 직접적으로 부(-)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 직무만족을 통하여 간접적으로 조직성과에 영향을 미치지는않는 것으로 나타났다. 직무만족은 조직성과에 직접적으로 정(+)적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는변수로 검증되었다. 아울러 이들 변수들이 조직성과에 직·간접적으로 미친 상대적 영향력은공직동기( =.488)가 가장 크게 나타났고, 그 다음 직무만족( =.354),
