Professor Min Kyong Moon's research lab focuses on the environmental health impacts of endocrine-disrupting chemicals, particularly bisphenol A (BPA) and phthalates, with a strong emphasis on their roles in metabolic disorders such as insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, and obesity.
