目的 研制高效广谱除草剂21% 乙羧·草铵膦微乳剂配方,对其理化性能进行检测,并将其用于防除非耕地杂草。 方法 采用优化组合法对不同表面活性剂进行筛选试验,确定21% 乙羧·草铵膦微乳剂最优配方。通过田间药效试验研究21% 乙羧·草铵膦微乳剂对非耕地杂草的防除效果。 结果 最优配方(质量分数)为:20%(折百)草铵膦,1% 乙羧氟草醚,7% 环已酮,10% 正丁醇,20% 乳化剂(OA-TAPO∶烷基糖苷∶甜菜碱=3∶2∶1),水补足100%。田间试验结果表明,21% 乙羧·草铵膦微乳剂270~540 mL/hm2对非耕地杂草有明显的防除效果,茎叶喷雾药后5 d对禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草的覆盖度防效可达80.41%~83.47%、84.44%~88.13%,药后10 d对禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草的覆盖度防效可达92.69%~94.55%、95.61%~96.72%,药后30 d对禾本科杂草、阔叶杂草的覆盖度防效可达93.64%~96.04%、97.59%~98.45%,鲜质量防效可达93.65%~96.09%、97.37%~98.51%。 结论 草铵膦与乙羧氟草醚复配可拓宽除草谱;21% 乙羧
