Professor SeongChan Yeon's research lab focuses on veterinary and translational biomedical research, with a strong emphasis on animal welfare, regenerative medicine, and wildlife health. The lab investigates the physiological and behavioral impacts of housing and management practices on domestic animals—particularly pregnant mares—while also exploring stem cell biology, especially the immunogenic properties of umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells.
