본 논문은 집합자료를 이용하여 18대 국회의원 선거의 투표율 결정요인을 분석한다. 먼저 일반적 투표율결정모형에서 가장 중요한 변수인 선거경합도에 대한 기존의 다양한 측정방법들의 장단점을 파악하고 우리나라에 적용할 적절한 방법에대하여 논의한다. 또한 설명변수 선택의 임의성을 줄이기 위해 지역관련 더미변수의 사용을 자제하고, 각 선거구별 경제사회적 및 정치적 특성변수들을 포괄적으로 사용하여 투표율 결정요인에 대한 이해를 넓힌다. 실증분석 결과, 선거경합도 이외에 유권자수, 노인인구비중, 인구밀도, 유동인구 비율, 유효 후보자수, 선거비용, 투표소 수 등의 설명변수들은 예상대로 유의한 반면, 소득수준의 대용변수로 사용한 일인당 주민세는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 비례대표득표율 변수를 이용하여 18대 국회의원 선거에서 한나라당이나 한나라당 성향의정당 지지층 투표율이 민주당 지지층 투표율보다 유의하게 높았음을 제시한다.

A porous reaction bonded silicon carbide (RBSC) was fabricated by a molten Si infiltration method. 목 적:서울시내 한 초등학교 1학년 학생들을 대상으로 학교 환경개선 및 교육 이후 아토피피부염의 변화를 알아보고 가능한 학교와 보건 당국 그리고 가정이 참여하는 관리체계 모델을 알아보기 위해 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방 법:서울지역 1개 초등학교 1학년 학생 125명을 대상으로 수정한 International Study of Asthma and Allergies in Childhood 설문 조사를 시행하였다. 임상적 중증도의 평가는 SCORAD Index 를 이용하여 평가하였다. 피부단자시험에는 9가지 알레르겐들이 이용되었다. 교실환경 개선을 위해서 공기 청정기, HEPA 진공청소기를 도입하였다. 개선 활동 이후에 2차례 실내 공기 질을 측정하였다. 환아의 부모 및 일반인들을 대상으로 아토피 자조교육과 체험 교실에 참여하도록 하였다. 환경개선 활동 6개월 이후에 제2차 설문조사와 피부단자시험을 시행하였다. 결 과:유병률을 보면, 태어나서 한번도 아토피피부염 증상 경험이 있었던 유병률과

본 논문은 조직 내 부패 (corruption) 유형으로서 담합(collusion) 뿐 아니라 협박 ·갈취(extortion) 도 명시적으로 포함하여 이것이 계약의 형태와 조직설계 (기획·집행 기능의 통합여부 )에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한다 . 통합조직 하에서는 부패문제는 없으나, 사적 정보를 수집한 대리인이 직접 집행업무를 담당하면서 비용을 과장하려는 인센티브 문제가 발생하게 된다 . 반면 분리조직 하에서는 이러한 인센티브 문제 대신에 대리인간 담합이나 갈취와 같은 부패 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 주인은 갈취를 방지하기 위해 상황에 따라 기획담당 대리인을 충분히 보상해 주는 계약을 택하거나 , 집행 담당 대리인에게 렌트를 부여하는 계약을 택하는 것으로 나타난다. 아울러 본 논문에서는 통합조직과 분리조직 사이의 선택과 관련된 조건들도 함께 분석한다 .

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 미숙아에서 HHFNC를 이용한 보조환기요법의 사용 빈도와 예후에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 2008년 1월부터 2011년 3월까지 서울 한양대학교 신생아 중환자실에 입원한 재태주령 32주 미만의 환아들을 대상으로 의무기록을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 첫 번째 2008년 1월부터 2009년 2월까지를 Era 1, 2009년 3월부터 2011년 3월까지를 Era 2으로 구분하여 두 기간 동안 HHFNC 사용 빈도의 변화에 대해 조사하였다. 두 번째로 재태주령 25-30주 미만 환아들 중 출생 14일 이내 보조환기요법으로 NCPAP 또는 HHFNC를 적용 받았던 두 그룹의 임상경과를 비교하였다. 결과: Era 1과 비교해서 HHFNC의 사용은 10에서 55%으로 증가하였고, NCPAP의 사용은 40에서 5%으로 Era 2에서 감소하였다. 재삽관률과 BPD 그리고 산소나 인공환기기를 적용 받은 기간에서는 두 그룹에서 차이가 없었고, 기타 미숙아 합병증에서
