Syme Amputation: Results in Patients with Severe Forefoot Ischemia

Since 1980, 35 patients (age range 40–77 years) with severe forefoot ischemia have undergone a unilateral Syme amputation. Thirty-one patients (89%) were diabetic. The indication for amputation was either extensive forefoot gangrene or ulceration too advanced for a digital or transmetatarsal amputation. Twenty-two amputations (63%) were immediately preceded by either percutaneous tranluminal angioplasty (four) or a bypass procedure to the popliteal artery (five) or an infrapopliteal artery (13).

반복적 IRS를 이용한 구조 시스템 식별

구조 역섭동 문제에서, 신뢰할 만한 결과를 얻기 위해서는 정의되지 않은 모든 자유도가 미지변수로 간주되기 때문에 많은 전산자원이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 축소시스템 기법과의 연동을 통해 정의되지 않은 자유도를 축소시스템에서 정의된 자유도 정보로 대체함으로써 해의 정확성과 계산의 효율성을 확보하는 기법을 제안한다. 일반적으로 구조 시스템을 축소할 경우, 시스템 축소변환 행렬에 오차가 포함되게 된다. 이 오차로 인해 축소기법을 적용하여 역섭동 문제의 정확한 해를 구하는 것은 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 자유도 변환행렬을 매 단계마다 개선하는 반복적 축소 시스템 기법을 적용한다. 자유도 기반 축소시스템의 신뢰성은 주자유도 선정 위치와 변환행렬의 반복 계산 횟수에 의해 결정되며, 변환행렬의 반복 계산을 줄이기 위해서는 시스템 구축 초기에 주자유도가 잘 선정되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 축소모델의 정확도를 향상시키고 변환 행렬의 반복 계산을 최소화하기 위해 2단

동적 해석의 효율적 축소기법에 관한 연구

축소시스템 기법은 전체 구조의 거동을 나타내는 저차 고유모드를 근사화한다. 지난 연구에서 축소 시스템을 구축하기 위한 2단계 축소기법을 제안하였다. 첫 단계에서 리츠벡터를 이용한 각 요소의 레일리 지수를 통해 요소 에너지를 예측 하고 이를 토대로 후보영역을 선정한다. 다음 단계에서 후보영역에 포함된 자유도로 축소된 1단계 축소 시스템에 순차적 소거법을 적용하여 최종적인 주자유도를 선정한다. 이번 연구에서는 2단계 축소 기법에 축소시스템 개선을 위한 반복적 기법을 적용하여 중간영역에서의 고차모드의 정확도를 추가적인 시스템의 확장없이 구하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 축소 시스템에서 고유치와 고유모드의 정확도를 조절하는 것까지도 가능하다. 최종적으로 제안된 기법의 성능을 수치 예제를 통해 검증한다.

축소시스템 기법은 전체 구조의 거동을 나타내는 저차 고유모드를 근사화한다. 지난 연구에서 축소시스템을 구축하기 위한 2단계 축소기법을 제안하였다. 또, 기존의 2단계 축소기법을 반복적 IRS기법을 통해 중간 주파수 대역의 고유모드에 대한 해의 정확도를 높이는 방안에 대해 연구가 제안되었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 향상된 2단계 축소기법에 다단계 부구조화 기법을 적용하는 기법을 제안한다. 첫 단계에서는 전체 시스템을 그래프 분할을 통해 계층적으로 부구조로 분할되고, 두번째 단계에서는 각각의 부구조를 개선된 2단계 축소기법을 이용하여 축소한다. 각각의 축소된 분절화된 고유치문제의 조합을 총해 최종적 축소시스템을 구축하고 이렇게 구한 축소된 고유치 문제를 란초스 기법(ARPACK)을 통해 해석한다. 최종적으로 제안된 기법의 성능을 수치 예제를 통해 검증한다.
