Professor Sung-Hoon Jung's research lab specializes in the synthesis, characterization, and application of advanced nanomaterials, with a strong focus on transition metal dichalcogenides (such as MoSe₂) and noble metal nanoparticles (e.g., Ag and Pt) for energy and textile applications. The lab explores wet-chemical synthesis routes to produce atomically thin 2D materials and colloidal nanoparticles with controlled size, shape, and surface properties, emphasizing their use in dye-sensitized solar cells, antimicrobial textiles, and catalytic systems. Additionally, the lab investigates composite materials—particularly Kevlar/polyethylene blends—for high-performance protective textiles with enhanced cut, abrasion, and puncture resistance.

15This paper presents a simple and large area wet chemical preparation route for molybdenum diselenide (MoSe2) atomic layers. MoSe2 was synthesized onto fluorine doped tin oxide substrates and could be directly used as a counter electrode (CE) for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Silver nanoparticles were prepared by a polyol process of silver nitrate in the presence of Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) with sodium carbonate as a reducing agent. The effect of the Na2CO3/AgNO3 molar ratio and the PVP concentrations on the reduction rate of the silver ions and the particle size of the silver particles were investigated. The color depth of PET fabrics treated with colloidal silver and black disperse dye were investigated in this study. Five different add-on levels of the colloidal silver were applied to a polyester microfiber fabric and a polyester regular fiber fabric. Results showed that lightness(L*) and reflectance(%) of PET fabric treated with colloidal silver were lower than those of untreated PET fabrics. 본 연구는 2000~2006년의 기간 동안 발생한 코스닥기업 인수합병결정의 성과를 측정하고 그 성과에 대한 횡단면분석을 통해 기업지배구조가 합병성과를 설명할 수 있는지 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통해 지분변수 등 기업지배구조 변수들이 합병성과의 횡단면 차이에 대해 상당한 설명력을 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점을 좀 더 구체적으로 서술하면 아래와 같다. 첫째, 지분변수 중에서 임원 지분이 대주주 지분변수, 지분 5% 이상 대량보유자의 지분과 기관투자자의 지분 등 외부 투자자의 지분보다 합병성과에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치는 결과로 나타났다. 둘째, 임원 지분 이외에 중요한 외부 투자자로 인식되는 외국인 지분의 경우, 그 자체로서는 기업합병의 성과에 큰 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 선행연구와 달리(김희석ㆍ조경식 2006), 코스닥시장에서 외국인지분의 경우, 합병성과에 영향력이 없음을 알 수 있다. 또한, 소액투자자들도 내부지분과 같이 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났

Bag filter media were prepared by a combination of needle punching and thermal bonding processes and treated with polytetraflouoroethylene(PTFE) aqueous solution. 근래 한국경제의 최우선 과제인 스타트업 활성화는 창업 초기의 실패확률을 줄이고 기창업 성공률을 높이는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 스타트업들이 참고할 수 있는 방법과 가이드라인이 요구되어지며, 그것의 한 방편으로 ‘스타트업을 위한 디자인 개발 방법’에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 스타트업에 최적화된 프로토타이핑 방법론이 무엇이고, 이를 어떻게 활용할 수 있는지 가이드라인을 제시하였으며, 그 과정에서 고려해야 할 상황과 발생할 수 있는 문제점 등을 자세히 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구는 초기 창업기업의 제품개발에 적용 가능한 실행 전략뿐만 아니라 스타트업 과정의 이론과 실습을 가르치는 교육자, 그리고 스타트업에 멘토링을 제공하는 전문가들에게 효과적인 프레임웍이 될 수 있는 방법과 적용 프로세스의 기초연구로써 그 의의를 가진다.
