About the Lab

Professor Taeho Kim's research lab focuses on clinical and rehabilitative neuroscience, with a strong emphasis on neurological disorder management through advanced sensing, signal processing, and non-invasive neuromodulation. The lab investigates seizure detection and treatment using multimodal physiological signals (EEG, EMG, ECG) and explores innovative applications of non-invasive brain stimulation for epilepsy. Additionally, the lab conducts research on postural control, gait rehabilitation in stroke patients, and musculoskeletal interventions such as scapular and pelvic-focused exercises to improve mobility and body mechanics. Nutritional analysis of functional mushrooms is another emerging area, highlighting interdisciplinary work in health and nutrition.
