<i>Y. pseudotuberculosis</i> infection is an infrequent cause of interstitial nephritis presenting with AKI. When a patient presents with fever, gastroenteritis, and AKI not resolving despite hydration, the clinician should suspect <i>Y. pseudotuberculosis</i> infection.
Our results suggest moderate protection (53.4%) of IIV3 against RT-PCR laboratory-confirmed influenza in children in the 2017-2018 influenza season. 본 연구는 한·중 양국간 외교 분쟁의 가능성이 높은 중국 조선족 문제의 근본적인 원인을 양국의 인식 차이에서 비롯된다고 가정하고 있으며, 이러한 한·중 간 인식차이를 규명하기 위한 방법으로, '한국과 중국의 중국 조선족 연구기관, 연구자 및 연구경향'을 비교분석하였다. 이를 위한 자료는 북경 현지조사 및 전문가와의 인터뷰, 인터넷 검색 등을 통해 수집하였다. 연구결과 양국은 중국 조선족에 대한 관심영역 및 기대치 등 조선족 문제를 인식하는 태도에서 분명한 차이가 존재하고 있으며, 그 원인은 한국과 중국이 각각 단일민족국가와 다민족국가라는 민족구성에서의 구조적인 차이에서 비롯된 것이라고 할 수 있다. 또한, 최근 중국 조선족의 다양한 활동을 통해, 조선족은 한·중 관계의 단순한 부산물이 아닌 중간적 존재로서, 스스로 자기정체성을 찾고, 자신의 생존 공간 및 활로를 개척하는 역동적인 존재로 파악해야 한다는 시사점을 갖게 한다.
