In this study, the hepatic protective effect of the Trapa japonica pericarp ethanolic extract were evaluated. The ethyl acetate fraction (EF) showed protective effects against tert-butylhydroperoxide (t-BHP)-induced oxidative damage in vitro and in vivo.
