Methods: Eleven of the elderly with insomnia symptoms living alone in the community were interviewed. Data were collected through individual interviews July-September 2018. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 정신건강복지센터 실습 교육이 정신질환자에 대한 차별행동 및 태도, 사회적 거리감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 연구 대상자는 간호학과 3학년에 재학 중인 학생 48명이며, 자료수집기간은 2017년 10월 30일부터 2017년 12월 22일까지였다. 단일군 전-후 원시실험설계로 SPSS/Win 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 일반적 특성은 빈도와 백분율을 구하였고, 정신건강복지센터 실습 전·후의 정신질환자에 대한 차별 행동, 태도 및 사회적 거리감의 사전사후 평균 차이는 Paired t-test로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과 정신질환에 대한 차별행동은 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며(t=1.571, p=.123), 정신질환자에 대한 태도의 하위영역 가운데 낙관성과(t=-2.534, p=.015), 사회적 거리감에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다(t=13.606, p<.001). 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 간호대학생의 정신질환자에 대한 차별행동 및 태도, 사회적
