Professor Young-Hoon Lee's research lab specializes in interdisciplinary applied research spanning biomedical sciences, supply chain optimization, and healthcare operations management. The lab investigates bioactive compounds from natural sources—such as Cordyceps militaris mycelium in fruit juices—for dermatological applications, particularly in developing safe and effective skin-lightening agents. Concurrently, the lab focuses on advanced operations research, including vehicle routing problems, location-allocation models, and emergency department crowding metrics, to improve system efficiency and service delivery in healthcare and logistics. 15포도와 오이즙액에 동충하초 균사체 배양액의 미백화장품 원료로서의 이용가능성을 조사하였다. B16BL6 mouse melanoma cell에 동충하초 균사체 배양액을 배양기간 및 농도별로 처리했을 때, 15일 동안의 배양조건과 <TEX>$50\;{\mu}l/ml$</TEX> (5%)의 농도로 처리하였을 때 멜라닌 생성억제 효과가 가장 높은 것을 확인하였다. In vitro tyrosinase 활성억제효과에서는 포도와 오이즙액에 동충하초 균사체 배양액을 10% 농도로 첨가시 50%의 멜라닌 생성 억제율을 보였으며, 30% 농도에서는 100% 억제를 확인하였다. 결과적으로 포도와 오이즙액에 동충하초 균사체 배양액은 멜라닌 생성의 주 효소인 tyrosinase의 작용을 억제함으로써 미백 효과를 나타내는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 세포독성실험에서 포도, 오이즙액과 그 즙액에 동충하초 균사체 배양액을 각각의 농도로 B16BL6 mouse melanoma cell에 처리 한 결과 포도, 오이즙액의

This paper studied a maximal covering location problem with cost restrictions, to maximize level of service within predetermined cost. It is assumed that all demand have to be met. 본 논문에서는 전자정부통신망을 운영ㆍ관리하는 정부통합전산센터가 고객ㆍ기관에 대한 서비스 품질을 높이고 서비스를 다양화 할 수 있도록 국내ㆍ외 14개 데이터센터를 조사하고, 그들의 서비스 제공 형태를 분석하여 25개의 신규서비스를 제안하였다. 그러나 정부 통합전산센터가 정부 운영의 데이터 센터라는 점을 고려하여 다시, 단기적으로 도입이 가능한 16개 서비스와 장기적으로 도입이 가능한 6개 서비스로 분류하였다. 본 연구를 통해 발굴된 신규서비스의 추가로 정부통합전산센터의 현재 서비스 내용을 다양화하여 고객ㆍ기관에 대한 서비스 품질을 높여서 고객 만족도를 향상 시킬 것이라 기대한다.
