Professor Youngjoon Kim's research lab focuses on bioactive compounds in natural plant sources, particularly spices and berries, with an emphasis on their health-promoting properties, antioxidant activities, and potential applications in functional foods and nutraceuticals. The lab investigates the physicochemical and bioactive profiles of underutilized plant by-products—such as black pepper pericarp and unripe blueberries—while also exploring the impact of maturity stages on nutritional quality and bioactivity. Additionally, the lab examines behavioral and technological aspects in health and wellness technologies, including gamification in fitness apps and consumer adoption of sports-oriented digital services. Abstract Piper nigrum L. is a widely used spice because of its flavour and health effects. It is prepared as black and white pepper, according to the harvest time and inclusion of the outer skin. 확장된 기술수용모델(ETAM)을 적용한 스포츠 O2O서비스 소비자 이용의도 연구

정보통신기술의 발전과 스마트폰의 대중화로 인한 소비자들의 소비패턴 변화와 다양한 스포츠 컨텐츠에 대한 수요증가로 비교적 새로운 커머스인 스포츠 O2O서비스가 주목받고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 정보기술 수용과 이용행위의 이론적 유용성을 입증 받고 있는 기술 수용모델을 적용하여 스포츠 O2O서비스 잠재 고객의 이용의도와 관련 요인들 간의 영향관계를 구명하였다. 서울, 경기 지역 대학생 306명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 불성실한 설문을 제외한 총 301부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료처리를 위하여 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 18.0프로그램을 이용하였으며 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 건강 관심도는 지각된 유용성에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 지각된 용이성에는 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 헬스리터러시는 지각된 용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나

최근 피트니스 애플리케이션 시장에서 사용자들의 자발적 참여와 몰입 증가를 위하여 게임기법을 적용하는 게이미피케이션 전략이 주목받고 있다. 하지만 많은 기업들이 게임 작동원리에 대한 깊은 이해 없이 단순히 게이미피케이션 전략을 적용하는데 그치고 있어 충분한 효과를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 피트니스 애플리케이션에 적용된 게이미피케이션 전략이 사용자의 몰입과 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향과 사용자의 몰입이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. Nike+, Strava, Trangle, Runtastic 을 사용하는 성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 불성실한 응답을 제외한 총 200부의 자료가 최종분석에 사용되었다. Five Korean blueberries (''Nelson'', ''Duke '', ''Bluejay '', ''Toro'', and ''Elliot '') were harvested at two maturity stages (unripe and ripe) to evaluate fruit quality and antioxidant activities.
