Professor Seung-Rae Lee's research lab specializes in geoenvironmental engineering with a focus on landslide risk assessment, soil freezing processes, and shallow slope failure mechanisms. The lab employs advanced computational methods such as artificial neural networks and hydro-mechanical modeling to analyze landslide susceptibility and infiltration dynamics in response to rainfall.
