How to Cancel Your Subscription?

Open the Subscription tab in Settings and click Cancel Subscription to cancel immediately with no penalties. You keep your Pro or Max plan until the billing cycle ends, then switch to Free automatically. All saved papers, libraries, and documents are preserved.
How Do You Cancel Your Subscription?
You can complete the cancellation in four steps from the Subscription tab in Settings.
- Click the profile icon in the top right and select Settings.
- Navigate to the Subscription tab on the Settings page.
- Select Cancel Subscription below your current plan information.
- Review the cancellation confirmation message and complete the cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Access until the end of the current billing cycle
Even after cancellation, your paid period remains intact. You can continue using all Pro or Max plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Automatic switch to the Free plan
Once the billing cycle ends, your account is automatically switched to the Free plan. All your saved papers, library, and documents in progress are preserved.
Automatic renewal stops
After cancellation, no automatic payment will be charged in the next billing cycle.
