All of our work is done remotely. We believe work should be one part of a good life, not the whole of it.

You choose the hours and the place
A desk at home or a small town near the woods, early mornings or late nights — work where and when you focus best.
Asynchronous by default
We write things down and pick them up in writing, so nobody has to be online at the same moment. A clear note is worth more to us than another meeting.
