Real-time compound and pulse-inversion harmonic imaging procedures are superior to conventional sonography in terms of both lesion conspicuity and the further characterization of breast nodules. 『新撰姓氏錄』의 편찬과 목적

『新撰姓氏錄』은 平安京의 左京, 右京 및 畿內를 本貫으로 한 1182씨의 출자를 三體로 분류하여 계보관계를 정리한 계보총람이다. 桓武天皇이 延曆 18(799)년에 각 씨족에게 본계장의 제출의 명을 내리면서 편찬 작업이 시작되었고, 그로부터 16년 뒤인 嵯峨天皇 弘仁 6(815)년 7월에 桓武의 아들인 萬多親王이 주축이 되어 완성을 보았다. 또한 편찬에 참여한 藤原緖嗣와 藤原園人 등도 桓武天皇의 측근으로 활약한 인물들이다. 그러한 만큼 『신찬성씨록』은 桓武朝의 관념이 투영된 산물이다. 桓武天皇은 이른바 ‘天智系皇統’을 실질적으로 부활시킨 인물로, 奈良시대를 통해 계속적으로 이행된 天武國忌日의 廢務를 행하지 않았고, 昭穆制의 도입을 통해 光仁天皇을 태조나 고조에 비정하며 交野의 柏原에서 제사지냈으며, 천무계 황통의 도읍지였던 奈良의 平城京을 떠나 山城 지역으로 도읍 자체를 옮겼다. 이러한 일련의 움직임은 환무천황이 奈良시대를 통해 뿌리내린 ‘天武重視’ 의식을 타파하고 새로운 시대를 구축
