섬유포스트의 표면 처리방법이 복합레진 코어와의 결합력에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 실란, 과산화수소, 불산, 샌드블라스팅을 이용한 섬유포스트의 표면 처리가 복합레진 코어와의 결합강도에미치는 영향을 평가하기 위한 것이다. 32개의 FRC Postec Plus를 표면 처리를 하지 않은 대조군과 표면 처리 방법에 따라 7개의 실험군(S군, HP군, HP-S군,HF군, HF-S군, SB군, SB-S군)으로 분류하였다. S군은 실란을 적용하였고, HP군은 28%의 과산화수소로 부식하였으며,HP-S군은 과산화수소 처리 후 실란을 적용하였다. HF군은 4% 불화수소산 젤로 부식하였고, HF-S군은 불화수소산 젤 처리후 실란으로 처리하였다. Mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) is mainly composed of lime and silica. Its four major phases are tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate, tricalcium aluminate, and tetracaclcium aluminoferrite. 세 가지 역충전재의 근단부 폐쇄 효과에 관한 전기화학적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 Super-EBA, MTA, Dyract-flow를 근관 역충전재로 사용하였을 때의 근단부 폐쇄 능력을 전기화학적 방법을 통해 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 48개의 단근치를 Profile을 사용하여 근관형성한 후, Gutter-percha cone으로 수직가압 충전을 시행하였다. 근단부에서 3mm 되는 부위를 bur로 절단한 후, ultrasonic device로 3mm 깊이의 역충전 와동을 형성하였다. 각 실험군은 Super-EBA, MTA, 혹은 Dyract-flow로 역충전하고 4주에 걸쳐 전기화학적인 방법으로 치근단 누출의 변화를 측정한 후, Repeated measures of ANOVA로 통계분석하였다. 그 결과 모든 시편에서 시간에 따른 치근단 누출의 증가가 관찰되었으나, 각 실험군 간에 누출의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 Dyract-flow의 치근단 역충전재로써의 사용 가능성을 시사한다.

레진 수복물위에 침착된 치태로부터 유리된 유기산은 식음료의 유기산과 더불어 레진기질을 연화시키고 수복물과 치질계면의 미세균열을 촉발시켜 수복물을 분해할 수 있다. 본 연구는 고성능 액체크로마토그래피 (HPLC)와 mass spectrometer를 이용하여 시간경과에 따른 복합레진의 침지용액 성분을 확인하고 정량 분석함으로써 산도변화와 침지시간의 경과가 레진의 단량체 유출에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 방 법: 실험에 사용된 광중합 복합레진은 hybrid type인 Z-250, Heliomolar와 flowable type인 Aeliteflo 등 3종으로 하였으며 시편의 크기는 직경 7mm, 깊이 2mm로 하였다. 시편 처리조건은 침지용액의 pH값 (pH 4, 7)과 침지시간을 조합하여 각각의 레진에 대해 6군으로 하였으며 각 군당 시편수는 5개씩으로 하여 총 90개의 시편을 제작하였다. 산성 완충용액 (pH 4)은 acetate buffer로 하였고 중성 완충용액 (pH 7)은 amm
