About the Lab

Professor Hyun-Sang Jo's research lab focuses on the intersection of metabolic health, neurological disorders, and smart energy systems. The lab investigates molecular mechanisms underlying metabolic disturbances induced by psychotropic medications, with a particular emphasis on targeting energy homeostasis pathways such as AMP-activated protein kinase.
