Professor Hyungsuk Kim's research lab specializes in advanced materials processing and structural engineering, with a strong focus on severe plastic deformation techniques for nanostructured metals, thin film ferroelectrics for next-generation electronics, and seismic-resistant structural systems in civil engineering. Pt/SBT/Seed/Pt/Ti/SiO₂/Si의 구조로 SBT(SrBi₂Ta₂O?)박막을 Self-seed layer를 사용하여 R.F. Magnetron sputter를 이용하여 증착을 하였다. Self-seed layer는 기판온도 RT(room temperature)와 600℃에서 두께 30 ㎚으로 증착하였다. Self-seed layer의 결정화 온도를 알아보기 위해 열처리온도를 변화시켰고 이를 XRD를 통하여 결정화 유무를 확인하였다. Self-seed layer 위에 증착한 SBT를 XRD와 전기적 측정을 통해 특성을 관찰하였다.

지금까지 횡류홴의 설계와 성능해석에 관한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔으나 아직까지도 정형적인 설계접근방법이 통용되고 있지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 스태빌라이져 설치각(θes)을 21o, 그리고 임펠러와 스테빌라이져의 간극(es)을 3.5 ㎜ 고정하고 리어가이더에 대한 임펠러 출구각 및 직경비 변화가 횡류홴의 내부 유동 및 성능 특성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다.
In this paper, the connection details of the prefabricated RC/SRC columns and a concrete-encased U-shaped steel beam is presented, and their seismic resistance performance is evaluated through a full-scale test. One of the life-scale column specimens for the test is a prefabricated RC column built with reinforcing bars, and the other one is a prefabricated SRC column built with L-shaped angle steels and reinforcing bars.
