Professor In Young Kim's research lab specializes in biomedical engineering and smart materials, focusing on the development of advanced biosensors and wearable health monitoring systems. Interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) hydrogels based on poly(vinyl alcohol)/chitosan were prepared by UV irradiation.
