본 연구는 4년제 대졸자 10,187명의 취업준비 활동의 집단 간 차이 및 취업준비 활동의 직업이행 효과를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구에서의 취업준비 활동이란 어학연수 경험, 영어 사교육 참여, 구직 시점, 보유 자격증 수를 의미한다. 취업준비 활동의 직업이행 효과는 대기업 정규직 취업 여부를 통해 분석하였다. 이를 위해 연구자는 한국고용정보원의 대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)의 1차년도 자료를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 여성 및 비수도권 출신 대졸자일수록 구직 시점이 늦고, 보유한 자격증 수는 많은 것으로 나타났다. 가정배경 수준이 높을수록 어학연수 및 영어 사교육에 대한 경험 비율이 높았다. 또한 전공영역별로 취업준비 활동에 뚜렷한 차이가 나타났다. 한편 취업준비 활동의 직업이행 효과를 분석한 결과, 어학연수 및 영어 사교육 경험과 이른 구직 시점은 직업이행에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면, 보유한 자격증 수가

본 연구는 한국교육고용패널(KEEP) 자료의 중학교 3학년 3차 데이터를 이용하여 일반계 고등학생의 희망직업 결정여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 일반계 전체 고등학생들의 직업결정에는 성별, 가정 내에서의 직업․학교․학과에 대한 정보탐색 활동, 학교 내 상담 경험, 적성에 대한 인지가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 직업결정 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 성별 차이를 살펴보기 위해 전체 고등학생을 남학생과 여학생으로 분리하여 분석한 결과, 남학생의 경우 직업결정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변인들은 가정 내에서 이루어지는 직업․학교․학과에 대한 정보탐색 활동과 본인의 적성에 대한 인지 여부가 강력한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 반면 여학생의 경우, 자아개념이 강하고, 부모에 대한 의존도가 낮고, 학교에서 진로상담 경험이 있으며, 본인의 적성을 인지하고 있을수록 직업결정 가능성이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Three factors are equally important for evaluation: validity, reliability, and practicality.
