석한 것이다. 기초노령연금은 이를 소득지지 정책으로 볼 것인가, 아니면 연금 정책으로 볼 것인가에 따라 정책의 성격은 물론 평가 방법역시 바뀌게 된다. 본 연구는 이 정책을 소득지지 정책으로 파악, 기존의 소득지지 정책에 대한 평가 방법론을 검토한 후 기술통계와 함께 회귀단절 설계 기법을 사전사후 이중차분 기법과 혼합한 패널데이터 분석 결과를 민감도 분석인 부트스트랩 결과와 함께 제시하였다. 분석단위는 기초 노령연금이 수급자격을 65세 이상 노인 단독 또는 2인 가구에 두었다는 점에 착안, 분석 단위를 2인가구로 설정하였다. 분석 결과 2인 노인 가구의 연장자가 65세를 초과함으로서 나타나는 소득 감소를 어느 정도 지지해줄 수는 있으나 생활비 지출에 있어서는 효과가 적음을 관찰했다. 그 이유는 연령에 따른 생활비 지출 하락이 큰 상황에서, 지급된 기초노령연금의 수급액이 적었기 때문에 연금이 아닌 소득보장으로서 보완책으로서 기능이 미약했음을 들었다. 이와 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로,

본 연구는 중소기업 정책자금 대출 사업에서 반복 대출이 있는 경우 반복 대출의 효과를 분석하고 시사점을 제언하기 위한 것이다. 그 동안의 선행연구들은 정책자금을 비롯한 정책 사업의 수혜 여부에 대한 효과 분석은 선행되어 있으나, 반복적으로 수급하는 경우에 대해서는 개념화 및 분석에 있어 일부 간과된 점이 있었다. 본 연구는 이 부분의 분석을 위해 반복의 개념적 정의를 선행한 후, 정책자금 대출의 효과에 대한 선행연구들을 검토했다. 여러 차례 대출을 받은 이후 대출심사에서 탈락한 기업을 분석에 포함시키기 위해 이중차분의 논리를 차용한 분석틀을 설계, 그리고 반복 대출 시 일어날 수 있는 자기선택을 제거하기 위한 성향점수 매칭을 활용했다. 분석 결과 여러 차례 반복대출을 받고 추가대출을 받는 경우 활동성 등에서 일부 긍정적 효과를 관찰했으나 성향점수 매칭 이후에는 이러한 효과가 상당부분 제거되는 것을 관찰했다. 반면 최초 대출 기업에 대해서는 매칭 여부가 기업 규모 등에 미치는 긍정적

본 연구는 (1-세율)이라는 기부 가격이 개인 기부에 미치는 영향을 패널데이터를 통해 살펴보려는 것이다. 이론적으로 정부의 기부 소득 공제는 기부를 장려하기 위한 정책이지만, 지금까지의 정부 조세 정책은 경기 변동에 대처하기 위한 소득 공제 제도의 일부로 사용되었다. 이 과정에서 개인에게 미치는 영향은 간과된 부분이 존재하며, 효과에 대한 연구 역시 데이터 상의 문제로 공백이 있어왔다. 실증 분석에 사용될 자료는 한국조세연구원에서 2008년부터 실시한 재정패널 자료이다. 여타 선행 연구를 따라, 본 연구는 종속변수가 절단되었을 때 사용하는 방법인 토빗 추정, 그리고 패널 데이터 분석기법인 고정효과 모형과 랜덤효과 모형을 고려하도록 한다. 분석 결과, 개인 기부 가격과 기부액 사이에는 부의 통계적으로 유의미한 관계가 관찰되었으며, 양호한 모형 적합도를 보여준 Tobit 고정효과 모형을 기준으로 시사점을 제시한다. 먼저, 비교대상인 OLS 고정효과 모형 추정결과 탄력성은 –1.0정도로
